Relates to a LDPE gas barrier and damp-proof membrane in solid concrete ground floors not prone to hydrostatic pressure, to protect against moisture, radon, methane and carbon dioxide from the ground. Key factors assessed were resistance to water and water vapour, resistance to underground gases, resistance to puncture and durability.
