Abstract
Comprises the Government's response to the Communities and Local Government select committee's seventh report of session 2014-15, which looked at litter and fly-tipping in England specifically: the problems litter and fly-tipping create for local communities; the effectiveness of management of waste in the local environment by the relevant bodies; whether the regulatory framework to minimise litter and fly-tipping is adequate; and the roles in tackling litter by private citizens, campaign and action groups.
