Part of DEFRA's local air quality management consultation, which seeks views on proposals to improve Local Air Quality Management (LAQM) delivery in England, specifically focusing on guidance and reporting. Follows on from January 2015 LAQM consultation.
Superseded by Part IV of the Environment Act 1995. Environment (Northern Ireland) order 2002 part III. Local air quality management - technical guidance (TG16): April 2016 (DEFRA, 2016). Consultation closed on 21 January 2016. Consultation comprises this technical guidance, consultation letter, consultation impact assessment, consultation document, consultee list and LAQM policy guidance 2016.
