Highway Structures and Bridges. Inspection and Assessment. Supersedes CS 466 Risk management and structural assessment of concrete half‐joint deck structures (formerly IAN 53/04 and BA 39/93 (plus part of BD 44/15)) (HE, 2020). Version 0 dated Mar 2020 - replaces IAN 53/04 and BA 39/93, and the half-joint assessment content within BD 44. Version 1.0.0 dated January 2026 - Change to policy, major revision, new document development. Correction to Fig. D.1 and correction of constant K2 in Equation D.3. Correction to National Highways name change and to publish with correct version numbering. Other minor editorial amendments.
