Abstract

Procedure for rights of way orders made by English local authorities under the Highways Act 1980, the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs because people have made representations or objections; or an order requires modification.
