Abstract
Relates to the construction programme constraints, site security, site extent and certain limitations relating to use of the site, noise and vibration controls, health and safety restrictions, reporting and monitoring, incidents reporting, work embargo periods and operational factors around tidal, flowing or standing, ground water and precipitation on site.
