Provides advice on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) notification and consultation for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs), specifically the notification and consultation of prescribed bodies on the scope of Environmental Statements. Covers: advice context; who should be consulted; notification and consultation of the prescribed consultation bodies by the Planning Inspectorate; the Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedures) (APFP) Regulation amendments and identifying the correct consultation bodies for your project.
