Abstract

Summarises premises management responsibilities relating to fire detection and fire alarm systems in non-domestic premises, in alignment with BS 5839-1. Covers: designation of a named Premises Manager, servicing and maintenance agreements, documentation, daily checks, weekly/monthly testing, and training.
