Establishes the (draft) approval criteria for verifying the competence of building control professionals. The final approved version will be available from April 2024. The 5 criteria of approval relate to: provider commitment, building inspector competence framework, expert assurance, management and independence and impartiality. Also includes the terms and conditions for the schemes, and the statement of intent.
