Abstract
Relates to Planiseal CW, a cementitious waterproofing compound for internal waterproofing against penetrating damp in walls of brickwork, blockwork, concrete, concrete blockwork or stone below the level of the installed damp-proof course (DPC). Key factors assessed were, mechanical resistance and stability, safety in case of fire, hygiene, health and the environment, safety and accessibility in use, protection against noise, energy economy and heat retention, sustainable use of natural resources, durability.
