MCHW Volume 2 Notes for Guidance on the Specification for Highway Works
Abstract
Provides notes for guidance for preparing contracts to be used for construction, improvement or maintenance of highway works. Gives the requirements for brickwork, blockwork and stonework and covers: cement, mortar, lime mortar, masonry units, blocks, reconstructed stone, natural stone, cold weather working, protection, and unreinforced masonry arch bridges.
