Abstract
The non-domestic technical handbook provides practical guidance to meet building regulations requirements for the conservation of fuel and power, furthering sustainable development and ensuring the health, safety, welfare and convenience of people in and around buildings.
History
Superseded by Building Standards Technical Handbook 2023: Non-Domestic (Applicable to works from 5 June 2023) (V 1.1a - December 2023). Supersedes Building Standards Technical Handbook 2023: Non-Domestic February 2023 (Applicable to works from 1 February 2023 to 4 June 2023) on 5th June 2023. Includes minor amendments to Section 0 (general) and introduction of new standard 7.2 (Electric vehicle charging) within Section 7 (sustainability). The Handbooks are otherwise unchanged from the February 2023 version.
