Covers the technical review and assessment process for determining air quality levels and includes information on air quality action plans; annual status report (England) and annual progress report (Scotland and Wales); progress report for Northern Ireland; updating and screening assessment for Northern Ireland; detailed assessments for Northern Ireland; technical supporting information e.g. screening tools, air quality monitoring, estimating emissions and dispersion modelling of emissions.
Supersedes Part IV of the Environment Act 1995. Environment (Northern Ireland) order 2002 part III. Local air quality management - technical guidance (TG16): April 2016 (DEFRA, 2016).
