Abstract
Relates to a spray-applied in situ thermal insulation for LR pitched roofs and lofts of domestic buildings. It can be installed both between, and under, timber rafters in warm tiled and slated pitched roofs, with a LR roof tile underlay, and between and over, ceiling joists in ventilated loft spaces. Key factors assessed were thermal performance, condensation, behaviour in relation to fire and durability.
