Provides technical guidance for installing electric vehicle charge points at new residential and non-residential buildings, buildings undergoing a material change of use to dwellings, residential and non-residential buildings undergoing major renovation and new or undergoing major renovations mixed-use buildings.
Takes effect on 15/06/2022. It does not apply to work subject to a building notice, full plans application or initial notice submitted before that date, provided the work is started on site before 15 June 2023.
