Provides requirements for maintaining and operating new and replacement road lighting on motorways and all-purpose trunk roads. Covers maintenance for luminaires, lighting columns, network cabling, feeder pillars, defects and operational requirements for equipment, and records management. Appendix A includes categories of defects.
