Abstract
Seeks to encourage duty bodies to maintain their land within acceptable cleanliness standards. The emphasis is on the consistent and appropriate management of an area to keep it clean, not on how often it is cleaned. Also contains advisory standards for graffiti and fly-posting as well as containing details of the legislative framework that surrounds this Code of Practice.
