Gives general guidance to intending developers, their professional advisors or agents and the public, on the operation of the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012, SR 2012/59. Outlines the EIA Regulations; provides advice regarding their interpretation; provides guidelines on the content of Environmental Statements; explains the practices and procedures involved in the publication, consultation and consideration of Environmental Statements; and explains the role and responsibilities of consultees.
