History

Revision issued by the Department for Infrastructure. Issued by The Planning Service, an agency within the DOENI. Supersedes DCAN 8 'Small unit housing - new development in existing urban areas' (1987). Must be read in conjunction with the relevant contents of the Departments policy publications, including Planning Policy Statements (PPSs), development plans, and the Regional Development Strategies for Northern Ireland.
