History
Incorporates guidance included in CAIS 3 'Precautions at manually ignited gas-fired catering equipment' which is withdrawn. To be read in conjunction with CAIS 10 (rev3) 'Ventilation in catering kitchens' (HSE, 2017). Produced by the Hospitality Industry Liaison Forum and issued by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
