Abstract
Presents the second Scottish Climate Change Adaptation Programme as required by section 53 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009. This 5 year plan covering 2019-2024 fully embraces an outcome-based approach to deliver the Scottish Ministers climate change adaptation programme. Includes: climate change adaptation behaviour change, monitoring and evaluation, and 7 outcomes.
