Abstract
Intended for building owners, users or managing agents having maintenance, small-scale building work or other minor works undertaken in connection with a business. They will be a client with legal duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Will assist in the meeting of responsibilities as a client and ensuring construction work and repairs are carried out safely without damaging people's health.
