History
Superseded by Fire protection for structural steel in buildings. Volume 1. 6th edition. (ASFP, 2025). The 5th edition is maintained on the ASFP’s website solely for information on the testing and assessment of structural passive fire protection products. Supersedes Fire protection for structural steel in buildings (Yellow book). Volume 1 Sections 1-9. 4th edition (Revised June 2010) (ASFP, 2006). Volume 1: contains methodologies for the fire testing and assessment of structural fire protection. Volume 2: Parts 1 to 4 contain data for products according to the type of fire protection material. This Fifth edition is a major revision to include new EN test methods and revised procedures for intumescents and cellular beams. TG1 N216 TG2 N59.
