Abstract
Summarises the responses received and government response to the 2017 consultation proposal to remove the sunset clause relating to 2 lane rental schemes in London and Kent, due to finish in March 2019. Following the positive response to the consultation, the government will proceed with removing the sunset clause, allowing the 2 schemes to continue until a long term solution has been reached.
