Presents analysis of responses from the public consultation between 7 April 2017 and 30 June 2017, looking at energy efficiency and condition standards in the private rented housing sector. The findings covered improvement and repair standards and timescales and costs of implementation, assessment, enforcement and impacts, the types of properties included in the repairing standard, harmonising housing standards and safety.
