Abstract
Relevant to above and below ground fixed bulk storage tanks; assists with assessing risks when using flammable liquids and deciding upon methods to control them. This document applies to premises which store flammable liquids using individual tanks or groups of tanks and also to portable or skid-mounted vessels which exceed 1000 litres in capacity. Provides information relating to installation used for storing flammable liquids in fixed and transportable tanks which operate at or near atmospheric pressure.
