Abstract
Comprises a letter for Heads of Planning in Scotland which details notification requirements for planning applications affecting aspects of the historic environment due to the coming into operation of Historic Environment Scotland. Also continues procedures to be followed when a neighbouring planning authority objects to a planning application.
