Identifies and reviews existing and emerging practice in the delivery of infrastructure to enable development through the planning system in Scotland. Through the identification of key principles and the use of case studies, the research aims to assist planning authorities to develop frameworks for infrastructure delivery and provide recommendations on further actions.
