Abstract
Establishes the European directives, regulations and national law as they apply to fire alarm systems, looking at compliance, selection and recommendations given in BS 5839-1. Also covers equipment for special consideration such as fire repeaters and mimic panels, remote signalling systems, fire protection equipment, zone plans and system documentation.
