Abstract
The 2010 onwards versions of the Technical Handbooks carry improved requirements for sound and air-tightness testing. Details information needed to understand the requirements and for implementation. Covers testing, planning for a test including pre building warrant application stages, what the tests entail and remedial action and reporting process for test failure.
