Abstract

Provides interim guidance for the use of SAP 2012 software for Scottish TER calculations and for use with the 2015 Energy standards for new dwellings.

Building Standards Division. Supporting guidance for Section 6 (Energy). SAP 2012 software was introduced in England in April 2014 and in Wales in July 2014. This guide shows how the software available elsewhere in the UK can be used to manually create a Scottish TER and thereafter a DER for the proposed dwelling.
