Abstract
Sets out a continuing UK Government commitment ahead of the Paris 2015 meeting for emission reduction targets and our low-carbon future. The meeting will create a legally binding, global climate change agreement. This report looks at the case for action, not only by the UK but at a global scale, highlights the benefits of action with the positive steps already taken and reveals what progress has been made since the last meeting in Copenhagen in 2009.
