Abstract
Forms part of the Digest of Statistics for Rural England, which provides a collection of statistics on a range of social and economic subject areas from a rural perspective or through comparisons between rural and urban areas. Analysis is based on a wide range of variables from the 2011 Census and the application of the 2011 Rural-Urban Classification to identify results specifically for rural and urban areas, and by type of settlement.
