Abstract
Introduces ways of meeting some of the requirements of the functional standards set out in Regulation 9 of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004. Offers examples of common construction situations relating to partial fill masonry where the principles can be applied.
History
For building warrant applications submitted on or after 1 October 2010. Part of the: "Accredited construction details (Scotland) 2010 - For the limitation of thermal bridging and air infiltration in low and medium rise domestic buildings" (Scottish Government, 2010) which comprises: Introduction and principles. Part 5 - Additional common junction details.
