Reviews draft standard BS 8422. Considers the modification of current frame design, retrofit mountings, specification of a standard sign mounting socket, steel eyelet fittings on top of a concrete safety barrier, and provision of electrical power sockets for VCB mounted signs. Compares temporary and fixed sign mounting strategies.
