Assesses whether current methods can address the need of measuring moisture within concrete structures over several years in a reliable and cost-effective manner. Considers whether there is a best method or combination of methods available, together with limiting factors. Reviews current research to determine whether a suitable method is likely to become available. Identifies the best options for future research.
