Flood and Coastal Defence Project Appraisal Guidance
Abstract
In 2007 DEFRA will conduct a review of existing guidance on climate change, Making Space for Water (MSfW). This supplementary note will provide interim policy guidance prior to this review and also supports the publication of Planning Policy Statement 25 (PPS25) 'Development and flood risk.' This note covers regional sea level allowances, indicative sensitivity ranges, application and gives some examples.
