Abstract
Details the results of a study of water use rates in hotels and offices. Benchmark and key performance indicators have been determined to enable designers, managers and other interested parties compare their buildings with similar buildings. Looks at current rates and trends and aimed at setting targets for the future to ensure sustainable water usage.
