Abstract
Presents a summary of the findings of both the home condition report (HCR) technical pilot (in which a group of trained Inspectors undertook independent surveys of various properties to establish the consistency of reporting) and the HCR consumer pilot (in which inspectors were given additional training and guidance to enable them to complete the HCRs for real house sales).
