Abstract
Commissioned by the Scottish Executive for the purpose of producing proposals for a set of performance indicators to enable the Executive to assess overall progress by local authorities and SEPA in carrying out their statutory responsibilities under Part IIA of the Environmental protection act 1990 for identifying and remediating contaminated land and associated activities.
