Abstract
The Environmental Audit Committee’s Ninth Report of Session 2002 03 records the Committee’s findings and recommendations following its Inquiry into Budget 2003 and Aviation in the Summer of 2003. In this response, the Committee’s recommendations are cross-referenced where appropriate to relevant material in the recently published White Paper 'The future of air transport'.
