Abstract
Explains and gives advice on, the provisions of the regulations and also suggests ways in which local planning authorities can administer the hedgerow protection system in accordance with good practice. Although written primarily for local planning authorities, it is also a useful point of reference for others interested in, or whose interests are likely to be affected by, the Regulations.
