Abstract
Announces that the Secretary of State for the Environment and the Secretary of State for Wales have made an order extending until 31 March 1980 the operation of existing new byelaws, made before 1959, which would otherwise cease to have effect after 31 March 1977. They also remind authorities that the layout of streets is now controlled under planning powers in consultation with the highway authority.
