Comprises advice on how a change can be requested to a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP) application after it has been accepted for examination, and before the close of the examination. Covers: who can make a request to change an application; when a change request should be made; when a change request can be accepted; additional compulsory acquisition powers; new or revised information; process for requesting a change to an application; timing implications of submitting a change request; pre-examination stage; and examination stage.
