Version 0.0.0 dated Mar 2020 - replaces BD 79/13. Version 0.0.1 dated March 2026 - Updates Highways England to National Highways, with corrections and amendments to clauses 2.5.1.1, 3.2.1, and 3.2.1.2, and Figure 5.1N2.
