It covers the means of ventilation, provision, ingress of external pollutants, and work for existing dwellings. Considers installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and relevant information aspects.
History
Will supersede Building Regulations 2010: Approved Documents F-1 Ventilation. Volume 1: Dwellings (2021 edition) (For use in England) (HMG, 2021) on 24/03/2027 for non-HRB works or 24/09/2027 for HRB works.
Comes into effect 24 March 2027.
