Version 0 dated Mar 2020 - replaces BA 93/09. Version 1 dated Apr 2020 - with minor amendments for the England NAA only. Version 1.0.1 dated January 2026 - Incremental change to notes and editorial updates. Correction of minor editorial error in clause 4.2.3 and correction to units of rotation in equation C.1 in Appendix C.
