Provides guidance on the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) (Scotland) Amendment (Amendment) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/369). The Regulations came into force on 11 December 2024 and prescribe the fees for planning applications made on or after that date. Covers: scope of fees, annual inflation linked increase, exemptions, reduced fees, discretionary fees, collection of fees, calculation of fees, mixed category applications, advertisements, prior approval determinations, fees for applications for certificates of lawful use of development and enquiries.
