Abstract
Discusses the planned programme for assessing higher-risk buildings (HRBs) between 2024-2029, a requirement under the Building Safety Act 2022. The resultant Safety Case Report will be used for the management of fire and structural safety risk. This compendium can assist with the assessment process, detailing 16 variations of HRB and describing the general building defects and common issues, compliance codes and how to find building information required.
