Abstract
Sets out what employers need to do to address first-aid provision in the workplace. Minor amendments in 2024 are highlighting employers' responsibilities to take account of employees' mental health as part of first-aid needs assessments, a change of terms used within the document, additional guidance for employers if life-threatening bleeding is found to be a risk in the workplace and simplified guidance relating to first-aid training providers.
